Enantioselective Cooperative Catalysis
In the arena of reaction development, we have exploited the cooperation between multiple independent catalysts in order to control bond formation. This leads to new reactivity that is beyond that capability of either catalyst in isolation, which enables us to control chemo-, regio-, and stereoselectivity during bond formation. We exploit:
- Lewis Base — Transition Metal Catalysis
- Transition Metal — Photo Catalysis
- Transition Metal — Transition Metal Catalysis
Targeted Synthesis
Our interest in the invention new chemical reactivity is driven by our desire to address challenges in the synthesis of complex functional molecules. These encompass natural products, pharmaceutical agents, and probes to diagnose and track neurodegenerative diseases.
